We have produced many models for The ExtraCare Charritable Trust over the last eleven years, of their superb 'Village Centre' developments.
We usually create an overall development model at a scale of between 1:200-1:300, depending on the overall size, and a larger scale, 1:25-1:50  model of a specific area. Shown below are the Nottingham,and St Crispin Retirement Villages, at scales of 1:300 and 1:250 respectively.
The larger, (much Larger!) interior model is constructed to a scale of 1:40. These have proven to be excellent sales tools, and always create a great deal of interest whenever displayed.
